High School Senegalese Program
BFEM /BAC L and S (Literature and Scientific) AP Capstone / Advanced Placement /American High School Diploma (Grades 9-12):
This prestigious and rigorous program prepares students for university level research and is the US CollegeBoard’s response to the IB program. Advanced Placement CollegeBoard subjects are mandatory in the English Language and Composition, Chemistry, AP Comparative Government and Politics, AP Environmental Science, AP French and AP Computer Principles. AP Calculus, AP Chemistry and AP Spanish are optional.
Note: Entrance into Tenth grade for English and French speakers is selective and based on Language/Math tests, past academic performances.

Joint AHSD and BAC Diploma
This program is for students who join the American High School Diploma program after
having obtained the BFEM. Students, while following SABS American curriculum
simultaneously prepare for the BAC L in French, Spanish, Philosophy, History and
English. Students in this program may have an extended school day in 11 th and 12 th grade
